MyHelp is a tool developed by Overdrive to help library users work through the process of obtaining content for their e-reader or audio device.

Many libraries report that questions related to e-books, audiobooks, and Overdrive are using large amounts of circ & reference desk staff time. Referring patrons to MyHelp first may help to clear up some of the more basic questions, allowing reference & circ staff to focus on higher level issues.
